Blissful Yoga is a space dedicated to gentle wellbeing, rest and reconnection. I offer nurturing yoga classes designed to help you slow down, soften the body and calm the mind, creating a practice that is accessible and supportive for everyone. Alongside yoga, I offer Reiki energy healing and monthly sound baths. If you are drawn to something that offers you a longer more immersive wellness experience, I offer beautiful day and weekend retreats that provide time away from the busyness of life to rest, restore and gain perspective on your life. My work is centered on creating a warm, welcoming environment where you can breathe deeply, release tension and reconnect with your natural sense of balance and wellbeing. Whether you join me for a class, a healing session, or a retreat, my intention is to hold a space where you can rest, reset and return to yourself.
