Tithe Barn Yoga Thursday 6:15pm and Monday 10:30am

Come and join me and my friendly group of yogis at Tithe Barn in Horstead, for a Hatha inspired yoga and meditation class, you do not have to be flexible, strong, fit, or confident. Creaky bodies and shyness welcomed and encouraged. I have mats and props to borrow or feel free to bring your own.

Monday 10:30am

This class offers a slightly slower pace and a softer experience of each posture. The class is suitable for all levels as if you would like to challenge yourself in some postures, variations are offered.

Coltishall Village Hall Saturday Mornings

New for 2025. You are welcomed to join my new Hatha yoga and meditation class at Coltishall Village Hall. Say goodbye to the accumulated tensions of the working week in this community yoga class. You are given the opportunity to be guided through relaxation techniques before we gently move through a physical yoga practice. Get out of your head and into your body ready for your weekend.
